At Casey’s Custom Apparel, we take pride in the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized items

Special order items

These products are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

You may choose a replacement or full refund

Please include photos of the issue when contacting us to speed up the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
